Dry cabin living
Once your application is approved and we have a 12 month lease in place you’ll want to set up your utilities. GCI is the supplier of cable/internet in the cabins. Its easy to start your account there. Also necessary is your own account with golden valley Electric . For the heat, each cabin has its own 300 gallon tank. When you move in we will measure the gallons and you buy that from me. Then when you leave I buy back what is remaining. There are several fuel delivery companies servicing the area. Year long average is roughly $80 per month. You have your own outhouse which I will have pumped. A 4x4 vehicle is always best for the winters in fairbanks. I supply the snow removal for the road, you take care of the driveway, deck and steps. Cost to move in is $700 security deposit, one month rent, and the amount for the fuel in tank. Pets accepted on approval only. Maximum two, $25 per month each.
